The LATAM region's rapid economic recovery will revitalize advertising spending in 2023. e-Marketer forecasts the Latin America ad market to grow to US$36.16 billion by 2022 – almost US$10 billion more than previously forecast . This morning, I opened my laptop from France—my new home. 🏠 After 12 incredible years living in Brazil, I’m now back in my home country, settling in the South for a softer landing. ☀️ After this incredible experience in the largest country in Latin America, I’m not the same person I was when I left. I’m bringing back with me (part of) the very best of Brazilian culture. 🥇 Agility, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset. Brazilians are the best at creative problem-solving—the famous "gambiarra" that somehow always saves the day in chaotic situations. 🥇 Creativity and humor—even in the worst situations, Brazilians always have the best "piadas" (jokes). Daily life feels lighter, which fosters creativity and innovation. Proof is that Brazil was named "Creative Country of the Year" at Cannes Lions 2025, which reflects its long-standing position in the global top 4 for creativity. 🥇And of course, the beautiful Portuguese language—which caused me plenty of headaches in the beginning but now sings in my head forever. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 But the most important part of this journey is that with my husband, Harlano F. Facundo, MBA, we’re bringing our two Franco-Brazilian boys, who will now get to discover and experience the other half of their cultural heritage. Obrigada to everyone who was a part of my Brazilian chapter. Thank you for your generosity, your warmth, and for welcoming me so well in your country. Até breve. During April 2020, I had tears in my eyes as I had to leave the Live Marketing agency, where I loved working since 2014. I didn’t see that coming, but unfortunately all our events were cancelled at that time due to the Covid-19 uncertain scenario.  That was the first time I felt my ‘cocoon life’ breaking into pieces... I wondered ‘why that had to happen at that very moment, with 2 small kids and so far from Paris, my hometown?’ It felt like a kick in the face but, back then, I didn’t know that that was actually going to be the best turn of events that could’ve happened to me…  Sustainability was forever the word that moved me and I always dreamt of bringing it to my professional life. I decided then to study and to dedicate myself to an association called PROSAI - that provides food to elderly people in need. That was how I connected with Eugenio Singer, thanks to a friendly introduction made by Camila Paulini.  On July 1st 2020, I started working at a wonderful - and purposeful - company called Ramboll, which mission is to build more sustainable societies through consultancy. Within a year, I have the feeling I could absorb the equivalent of the knowledge of a decade study, thanks to a highly competent team. I am so proud of contributing to the Marketing and Communication department, alongside the best professionals.
